The two fully owned service companies NSN medical services AG and narkose.ch are leading companies in the development and operation of short-stay inpatient surgery centers and clinics and in ambulatory anesthesia services in Switzerland
Initial situation
In order to tap existing growth potential, NSN was looking for an entrepreneurial partner in 2011 who could contribute industry expertise and an excellent network in the health care sector to the cooperation, in addition to the required financing
