Wineus supported Peyer Marking AG with the merger with Gumaco SA
Article du 21.11.2023Peyer Marking AG, a division of Peyer Group, based in Spreitenbach, and Gumaco SA, located in Perroy, join forces to become the leading supplier of labeling machines, label printers, and goods marking solutions in Switzerland.
Both companies have rich traditions and offer a wide range of machines and materials for labeling and printing, as well as direct marking of food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and industrial products of all kinds.
Thanks to this merger, customers throughout Switzerland will benefit from an expanded product range. Furthermore, the sites in Spreitenbach and Perroy will be maintained, enhancing product availability across all regions of Switzerland, and offering a more comprehensive service network.
The long-standing owner of Gumaco SA will continue to lead the business in Western Switzerland.
