Article du 09.03.2022AEVIS VICTORIA SA (“AEVIS”) expands its portfolio of hotels internationally by acquiring the operations and the real estate of L’Oscar Hotel, a five-star luxury hotel in central London, for GBP 60 million.
L’Oscar Hotel reopened for the first time in spring 2018, after a complete renovation. It currently offers 39 spacious rooms and suites, two bars and a 74-seat restaurant. The renovation was carried out by architect Jacques Garcia, also known for his collaboration with several other outlets managed by Michel Reybier Hospitality (in Paris, Geneva, Saint-Estèphe and Ramatuelle) which will facilitate the integration of L’Oscar. An adjacent building was acquired with the hotel to expand its infrastructure (additional rooms and a Spa).
Wineus has successfully accompanied AEVIS through the entire transaction process as lead advisor.
