Wineus advised Swiss Medical Network SA on a new revolving credit facility of CHF 250 million
Artikel vom 12.05.2022Wineus successfully advised Swiss Medical Network SA (Swiss Medical Network), the second largest private hospital and clinic group in Switzerland, on a CHF 250 million credit facility provided by a Swiss bank syndicate led by Credit Suisse (Schweiz AG).
The five-year credit facility is made available to the hospital network for general business purposes and future acquisitions. It replaces a CHF 120 million revolving credit line, which had previously been arranged by Wineus. The new credit facility is tailored to the improved maturity level of Swiss Medical Network, comprising more advantageous terms and covenants while meeting the demands of the hospital network on its continued expansion trajectory.
Wineus successfully managed the entire bank debt financing process from the structuring, over the negotiation to the closing of the credit facility on behalf of Swiss Medical Network.
