Bern based Swiss QualiQuest AG offers with its proprietary software solution a tool for holistic review management allowing companies across multiple industries to seek unbiased reviews from customers, employees and other stakeholders. 400 paying customers benefit via a software as a service (“SaaS”) solution from a fully customizable offering including a Swiss helpdesk. Seven years after its foundation, the shareholders decided to sell the company to a strategic partner who further supports the growth of the business. Think Beyond AG, an IT and project management consulting company, acquired all outstanding shares.
Wineus successfully managed the entire disposal process from identifying several potential strategic partners, managing the due diligence process as well as negotiating and drafting all required contracts.
