Private Equity
Basically, Private Equity means to invest in non-listed companies by acquiring equity stakes of such companies. Value creation on Private Equity investments normally results from Wineus’ active management of its different investments. This often requires us to hold substantial to majority holdings in order to be able to maximise the growth opportunities of our investments to the best interest of our clients.

We invest in companies at different lifecycle stages and fund our Private Equity investments with own resources as well as together with our clients in club deals.

Although many of our investments are pure equity capital investments, alternative vehicles include debt and hybrid financing schemes such as Private Debt or Mezzanine Financed investments.
